• Staff Development and Professional Services is located at the UC Davis campus and supports the further education of faculty and staff by providing innovative, high-quality programs, resources and services. They offer courses, programs and certificate series on nearly 300 topics, as well as confidential career counseling, a resource library, online toolkits and management consultation regarding learning and performance support.
   
• Training and Development is located at UC Davis Health and offers professional development and enrichment opportunities for Health employees. UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program

The UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program is based on the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and their research of 25,000 leaders in public and private sectors. This research identifies the five best practices by leaders who get extraordinary things done in organizations.
